Refreshed website? Yes. Updated colors? Yes. New Tagline? Yes. New Logo/Icon? Yes. Why? Because God told us to. That’s it.
Towards the end of 2020 I felt called to do something bigger than I could fathom to share with others. I didn’t know what it was. What do I do when that happens? I ask God for clarity – what are you calling me to do? What is it that will help me fulfill my purpose? He told me as clear as I can hear someone speak. He dropped it all on me in the middle of the night.

As he downloaded to me I would use the light from the baby monitor to write in the notebook beside our bed. The constant getting up and writing was too much so I got out of bed, took my laptop and went into the living room and I started typing, started creating. He gave me the merch ideas, phrases and what it should look like. He gave me a vision of the website and how to use it to share with others and glorify Him. He gave me the podcast visual and who to reach out to, to start it, who to talk about, the name of the podcast – Debt Breakers, Legacy Creators, He gave me the breakdown on the planner and what to put in it. God planned out my whole 2021 year by the day to make each goal he gave me achievable.
Overwhelmed? Yes. Scared? Yes. Nervous? Yes. Doubtful? Absolutely not. I surrendered to His call for me to do what He said so I’m going to follow His lead and do it. I’m excited to share this journey with you and to see how God is going to do this. After he downloaded this to me, He got me a job doing what I love at a company that’s so far been what I’ve wanted since I started working in ‘06. I”ve pondered if He led me to a consulting firm to learn the ins and outs of how to build something from the ground up, how to strategize and execute as an entrepreneur and how to build a team. I’m waiting in anticipation to see how this all plays out knowing none of it is my doing.
On top of this He gave us an audacious financial goal for this year, the next 10 years and I believe He’s going to do it in 8. How? I don’t know but I know we’ve planned it out, we’ve created our budgets, and He’ll do the rest.
All of these things will be accomplished. But what I’m realizing is that it will take time and I’m giving myself that time to do it the way it’s supposed to be done. There is no rush and we will share our gifts with the world.
